UM SAMAJ VIKAS PARISAD is a Non-Governmental Organization located at Gaya, Bihar. It is registered under the Society registration Act. 21, 1860 by the Registration Department, Patna, Bihar. It is working on Social, Educational, Technical & Non-Technical development of unemployed youth for their economic development and self-employment. Gaya is one most affected Naxalite belt in Bihar. Members of the managing committee of the UM SAMAJ VIKAS PARISAD Society, with help of the local people and local representative, run & manage a group unit of Technical & Non-Technical Institutions. Institutions run under this society are:

- Gaya Private ITI
- BIT Group of Beauty & Wellness Institute
These institutes provide education and other facilities to the students of these Naxalite belt without distinguishing their caste, creed, sex or religion. Our society members also help those children who are poor, helpless, deprived, handicapped and provide college dress, free tuition facilities, books and reading materials. The college campus is located at very secure and sound environment and students are being taught by well qualified teachers. Many other extra curriculum activities goes on along with full-fledged sports academy for these children which help them in every faucet in life.
